Relationship Dynamics was founded by Dr. Robert A. K. Ross, D.Min., a
certified relationship & sexuality coach and Christian clinical
counselor.
Dr. Ross has worked with singles and couples in the areas of
relationships and sexuality for more than two decades. He is a member
of the Relationship Coaching Institute; the American Counseling
Association; the International Association of Marriage and Family
Counselors; the Association for Creativity in Counseling; the American
Association of Christian Counselors; the Institute for Sexuality
Coaching; the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors
and Therapists; the International Coach Federation; and the
International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
Dr. Ross confines his practice mostly to women, especially those in troubled relationships or between relationships, and primarily uses coaching techniques in his work with them. Unlike conventional
therapy, coaching assumes the ability of the client to utilize her own capabilities in solving problems, while being provided
appropriate guidance and support.
Dr. Ross developed the concept of emergent therapy, a self-therapeutic technique in which the client is guided into a greater communion with her internal feminine and the transformative power that resides there, and assisted in the extrication of that aspect of her being from the disempowering external forces that limit her awareness of and
access to her positive self-view and inherent capabilities.
Dr. Ross' philosophy of practice will be more fully explained in
his upcoming book, "The Emergent Feminine." Publication is expected in late 2011 or early 2012 and can be purchased on Amazon.com.
